Introducing…
The monthly membership for creative small business owners who want to do more effective marketing more consistently ⚡️
Making Good Happen is a membership program that teaches you how to do marketing that creates results… but more importantly, helps you ACTUALLY TAKE ACTION and do it.
Before we get into the details, let’s talk about who MGH is for, shall we?
You’re a big-hearted creative small business owner with more ideas than you know what to do with… served with an extra-large side of overwhelm.
You’re tired of making plans but rarely following through, and you’re ready to start experiencing the results and impact you know your business can make.
Whether you’re a maker, a product or retail business owner, or a service provider, if you…
feel like you’re spinning your wheels, in a permanent state of overwhelm with all of the marketing things you “should” be doing
find yourself constantly “researching”, consuming information and making vague plans… without sitting down to do the work
aren’t seeing the sales you believe your business is capable of making
… you’re in the right place 💛

Wouldn’t it feel amazing to…
have a marketing plan tailor-made to help you achieve your business goals
know *EXACTLY* what marketing activities are on your plate each week
(and do them consistently)take so much action you hardly recognize yourself
have [the *BEST*] community of other creative biz owners to lean on
make more sales and a bigger impact than ever before
Making Good Happen was designed to help you do exactly that.
Consistent, intentional marketing
More reach, income + impact

“This program has without a doubt been one of the best investments I’ve made in myself and my business.”
— Miranda, owner + jewelry designer at And Arlen
Hey, I’m Lauren 🥰
I’m an amateur baker, chronic procrastinator, solo travel lover, recovering perfectionist, bright color enthusiast, and and Murder, She Wrote devotee.
And, also - a marketing coach for creative small business owners who want to get out of their own way and start taking action so they can have a business that makes them income and makes an impact.
After 8 years in corporate marketing, I quit my great-on-paper job in 2017 and started selling my handmade calligraphy greeting cards to my mom’s retail store.
A lot of ups, downs, and all-arounds later - and I now own two creative businesses, host the Making Good podcast, and get to work with some of the most amazing small businesses around to help them get their work out into the world.
If you want to make a strategic, intentional marketing plan…
… and then CONSISTENTLY execute it (that’s the hard part!)…
I made Making Good Happen just for you.

“Lauren has put together an amazing program with Making Good Happen! She's so sweet and incredibly generous with her time and insight into all things small business. The community she's built is equally encouraging and helps keep me going even on the hard days of running a small biz.
The resources are a goldmine as well...particularly if you need help setting a strategy and consistent marketing plan. MGH has definitely helped me stay on task and check off my to do list rather than aimlessly wandering as is my usual habit.”

“Being a part of the MGH community has really been a breath of fresh air. The other business owners who are in the group are genuine humans who support each other and celebrate wins together. There is so much goodness overflowing in the Slack community every day. Plus, the private podcast and resources from Lauren are so helpful to keep myself accountable.
It's easy to get lost in the day-to-day of business operations, but MGH helps me take a step back, look at the bigger picture, and make progress toward my big business goals.”

”Before MGH, I felt like I was winging it with no real plans or guidance, and just hoping customers would find me, love me, and become instant super fans. I was discouraged and frustrated and knew I needed change, but had no idea how to even get started.
Even after just the first month of MGH, I felt like I had defined my business, had clear goals, and had a focused path forward with actionable tasks to make things happen.
Now I feel like I have endless resources, a support system, a place to turn for feedback, and am actually excited to continue to build my business.”
